Wind tunnel at Planica Nordic Centre was constructed with the intention of fulfilling human natural aspiration for flying. The wind current in the tunnel is very strong, so you can simply lie on the air mattress and fly!

Passion Meets Expertise

The wind tunnel at the Planica Nordic Centre was made in cooperation with the Kolektor Koling company and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The numeric calculation of air current in the wind tunnel was made there, and the wind tunnel was built accordingly.

You Can Fly Here If You Are

a visitor, regardless of your stamina, from 8 years on
a professional athlete,
a young athlete,
a recreational licensed skydiver that wishes to improve his/her skills,
a skydiver in training or skydiving athlete

Previous experiences for flying in the wind-tunnel are not mandatory.

Pure Fun!

Flying in the wind tunnel of the Planica Nordic Centre is a unique and completely safe experience. Find something new, original and fun. All you need to do is visit us. We provide all the equipment!

Fly in wind tunnel for 60 €. The entire procedure takes approximately 1 hour (including the preparations for flying), and you fly in the wind tunnel 3 times for one minute and a half.

THE PROCEDURE

1 Booking: If you want to enjoy your descent, please book your place first.
2 Presentation: We will present you with the complete procedure of preparations to fly.
3 Equipment: We will hand you the special equipment for flying in the wind tunnel. We will provide you with a helmet and a flying suit. We recommend you have tightly fastened trainers and training suit already equipped.
4 Flying: With the help of a flying professional you will feel what it means to fly and fulfil all your dreams.
5 After flying: With the help of a flying professional we will talk about the experience.
